GTA V: Beneath Los Santos

This mod adds an unfinished subway line under Los Santos, complete with numerous hidden entrances, rooms, and abandoned metro stations. There are also secret rooms and a fallout shelter; however, be wary of traps that could prove fatal. Consider this a special Halloween mod, although many objects and elements may be added to future versions.

INSTALLATION

1. Place "tube.xml" from the mod folder into your main GTA V directory. 2. Download and install the latest "Map editor" and its REQUIREMENTS (scripthookV ...) 3. Download and install "Object Spawn Unlocker" 4. Download and install "OpenIV" 5. Place the "objectlist" from the mod into your scripts folder and replace it. This objectlist includes all objects from mods in step 6 below. 6. Download and install these three mods: - "Increased Props" - "Custom Props Add-On" - "Map Builder Community"
7. In the game, press F7 and click on "load map as xml". Type "Tube" to load the map. 8. Try to locate the hidden entrances leading underground. Alternatively, watch the video above for easier navigation.

KNOWN BUGS

- Occasionally, certain textures may disappear and reappear. This appears to be related to the objects themselves. - If you encounter bugs during game loading, experience Map editor / Menyoo errors, or have issues with step 6, follow step 9 below:

Step 9 (Bug / Installation Fix if Needed)

9a - Extract these files from the ZIP folders of the three mods downloaded in step 6: - Increased Props [Add-on].OIV for "Increased Props" mod - adp_Shbr.OIV for "Custom Props Add-On" mod - MB_Discovery_(1.09).OIV for "Map Builder Community" mod, located in the "Singleplayer - OIV Auto Install" folder Then, using OpenIV, navigate to "Tools", "Package Installer", and select "Increased Props [Add-on].OIV". Click on install, selecting "Game folder". Repeat this process for "adp_Shbr.OIV" and "MB_Discovery_(1.09).OIV". 9b - Using OpenIV, enable Edit mode. Go to Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data, and extract "dlclist.xml". Make a backup of it. Open "dlclist.xml" with a notepad and add the following lines: dlcpacks:/increasedprops/ dlcpacks:/addonprops/ dlcpacks:/custom_maps/ dlcpacks:/mb_discovery/ Save the modified "dlclist.xml" and use OpenIV to place it in \update\update.rpf\common\data.
