Custom City Hall Map Expansion (YMAP)

This map expansion focuses on the outdoor environment surrounding the central city hall building. If you encounter any issues with the file, please reach out through discord or messages. Updated files will be available soon.

HOW TO INSTALL - MANUAL

1. Navigate to the ADD-ON folder.
2. Take the sm_cityhall_exterior folder.
3. Open OpenIV and go to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks.
4. Place sm_cityhall_exterior in this directory.
5. Go to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data.
6. Open the dlclist.xml file and edit it.
7. Add the following line: dlcpacks:\sm_cityhall_exterior.
