Franklin's Exclusive Residence

This mod provides Franklin with a lavish residence, complete with bodyguards, a helipad, and luxurious amenities. For added security, the property is equipped with CCTV cameras and brightly lit surroundings. The Families gang will act as Franklin's protectors (as per your request). Enjoy this immersive experience!

Installation Instructions:
Download and install the latest version of Map Editor (version 1.5 was used for this mod). Place the XML file in your main GTA V directory. Load "FranklinsMansion" within the Map Editor. You can also rename the XML file to your preference.
