You can expect a "Building site" near the car dealer in Los Santos with lots of little details.

Installation Instructions

1. Download the file and extract it.
2. Open OpenIV/GTAV/mods/update/dlcpacks.
3. Drag and drop the files into the folder. Ensure you are in "EDIT MODE".
4. Search for "dlclist.xml" and paste the following code: " dlcpacks cardwork "
