Fortress of Law in a Dead World
Installation:
1) Extract the archive containing the mod and move the "PoliceBase.xml" file to the root folder of the game (where "GTA5.exe" is located).
2) Start the game.
3) Open the Map Editor (install it if you haven't already), click on the "Download" option, then scroll to the "File Picker" and select "PoliceBase.xml" and run it!
Enjoy the game, but I also recommend trying the "Zombie mod" afterwards.
