Located within an industrial building in East Los Santos, this formerly empty space has been transformed into a luxurious apartment catering to young professionals. New hardwood flooring, windows, ceiling, and tiled kitchen floor have been installed while preserving the charming exposed brick walls.

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, street access via stairs and a fire escape, an outdoor patio with a hot tub, and breathtaking views of the downtown skyline across the L.S. River.

No trendy loft is complete without a feline companion.
