FiveM SP Menyoo: Enhanced Sandy Shores Boathouse

This mod features a completely redesigned Boat House in Sandy Shores. It includes a functional boat dock and ramp, skate park, beach area, workout benches and pull-up bars, basketball court, and numerous other working objects.

FiveM download: Place the mod in your resources folder and add "start BoatHouse1" to your server.cfg file.

Single player download: Using Menyoo, place the xml file in the "Spooner" folder.
