Contemporary Billionaire Residence

Enjoy using this mod, and please do not reupload it without my permission. It's an early beta version, so I plan to update it in the next few days.

Installation Instructions:

1. Place "Modern Mansion.xml" in your GTA (main folder) / Menyoostuff / Spooner directory.
2. (1 and a half) Install Map Builder.
3. Open OpenIV, then navigate to the following paths:
• -update/ x64 / dlcpacks / mpluxe / dlc.rpf / x64/ levels / gta 5 / props / luxe_props.rpf
  Then replace "chassis" with "white wood.ydr".
• -update/ x64 / dlcpacks / mpluxe / dlc.rpf / x64/ levels / gta 5 / props / p_champ_flute_s.rpf
  Then replace "cigar" with "brick whiteceling.ydr".
• -update/ x64 / dlcpacks / mpluxe / dlc.rpf / x64/levels / gta 5 / props /luxe_props.rpf
  Then replace "lighter" with "blackwall".
4. In-game, open Menyoo, go to Spooner / Saved Files / Modern Mansion, and load the placement.
