1. Drag and drop "shop"-folder in ...\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks 2. Add "shop" as a new Item in ...\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common/data/dlclist.xml
