Contemporary Living Space

Introduction
This is a new map modification. It features a beautiful, modern apartment with a partial sea view.
Currently under development, this luxurious and modern house will be fully completed soon. What does the mod currently offer?
At present, the map modification only includes the lower level of the house. There are two rooms, a living room, and one shower/bath complex inside the larger room.
The lighting consists of ambient blue mixed with bright white lamps, creating a pleasant atmosphere within the house. Performance Note: This mod is not recommended for low-end PCs. The creator uses an AMD FX-6300 processor and GTX 750Ti graphics card and experiences low frame rates inside the house, particularly at night. Installation:
- Copy modern.xml to your main Grand Theft Auto V folder (where GTAV.exe is located).
- Open your map editor and load the map. Type "modern" to load it. WORK IN PROGRESS.
