Joe's Apartment from Mafia II for SP & FiveM

This mod adds a building beside the police station. The building has three floors with three apartments, each featuring unique decor that can be customized using the ymap file.

The apartments were inspired by Joe's living space in Mafia 2, aiming to recreate the atmosphere from the game.

This mod is compatible with both Single Player and FiveM.

Please note that I am not an expert in 3D modeling. There are some limitations since this is not an MLO:

• Ambient sounds (vehicles, wind, rain) can be heard indoors.
• Rain may enter the building.

Additions:

• Entrance hall
• Staircase
• 3 apartments (living room, bedroom, bathroom)

Bugs & Flaws:

• Nighttime lighting is not perfect.
• Some minor imperfections exist.
• One kitchen on the first floor appears blackened for some reason.
• Rain may enter the apartments.

Installation:

The SP version is in dlcpack format, while the FiveM version uses streams. Detailed installation instructions are included in the download file.
