Coastal Estate Map for GTA V (SP/FiveM)

This map includes a fully built house for Sandy Shores, plus hand-placed props and a fully custom idea.

Requirements:

1. OpenIV
2. Bob74_ipl: If props are not loading, you might have to force load them with this resource: Bob74_ipl

Instructions For SP:

1. Download the file and go to the "SP" folder.
2. Open OpenIV and put it in edit mode.
3. Go to Mods/Update/x64/dlcpacks. Put the BSSM folder in this directory.
4. Go to update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
5. Put "dlcpacks:/bssm/" at the bottom.
6. Load up GTA 5 and enjoy!

Instructions For FIVEM:

1. Download the file and unzip it.
2. Drag the BSSM folder into your resources folder.
3. Ensure the resource in your server.cfg and put "Ensure BSSM".
