This mod can be spawned using Map Editor (spawn name - jdmsimplegarage.xml).

How to install and use:

• - You NEED these following mods to spawn this map mod!
• 1) Custom Prop Add On [BETA-3]
• 2) Map Builder 3.2.2
• 3) Object Spawn Unlocker 1.1
• 4) Map Editor 2.13
• 5 ) Once installed drag and drop 'jdmstancegarage' into GTA 5 Directory.
