Braddock Tunnel Collapse
The Braddock tunnel has collapsed, burying many cars and causing major accidents. The large rescue operation occupies the entire road, so ensure traffic is deactivated.
To install, download the map editor from Guadmas and drag Tunnel3.xml into your gta 5 root directory.

If you have any ideas for a map, I will try to create it if I like the idea.
