GroveStreet Residence Mod for FiveM (SP & Multiplayer)

This mod adds a Grovest house in downtown Los Santos. A more detailed version with a garage will be available on my website in a few weeks. For now, enjoy this version!

Singleplayer Installation

1. Open the downloaded file using 7zip, Winrar, or a similar program to unzip it.
2. Place the "grovest1" folder into the 'mods/update/x64/dlcpacks' directory.
3. Add "dlcpacks:/grovest1/" to the dlclist.xml file located at 'mods/update.rpf/common/data'.
4. Launch Singleplayer and enjoy!

FiveM [MAPPING] Installation

1. Open the downloaded file using 7zip, Winrar, or a similar program to unzip it.
2. Place the "grovest1_mp" folder into your MAP FOLDER.
3. Open your server.cfg and add "start grovest1_mp".
4. Start your server and enjoy!
