Updated Hatchet Texture

This mod darkens the wooden handle, removes its ability to get covered in blood, and adds a fiber grip to it.

Backup first, then go to;

\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\weapons.rpf\

And replace w_me_hatchet.ytd and w_me_hatchet+hi.ytd
