Subdued Pistol Audio Effect

This provides a new silenced pistol sound effect, inspired by the silenced USP from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.

Known Issues:

The L96 sniper rifle's sound may overlap with the silenced pistol sound when using a silencer on the sniper rifle.
