Sixteenth-Century Battle Axe Utilized as a Hatchet

I have an issue with the hatchet blood texture because I don't know how to make my hatchet work like the default GTA V hatchet (when I kill someone with this hatchet, I can't see a blood effect). If anyone knows how to fix this, please help me.
