Polish wz. 35 Vis Pistol

The Vis is a Polish semi-automatic pistol model wz.35, designed by Piotr Wilniewczyc, Jan Skrzypinski, and Feliks Modzelewski. The gun's original name, WiS, was formed from the first letters of the constructors' names. However, it was changed to Vis (Latin for strength) at the request of the Armament Department. Some sources, including the magazine Guns & Ammo, consider this pistol one of the best military pistols ever made.
