Flower Bouquet: In-Game HUD Icon

"Show these to your loved one, and you might just have a chance at eating more than a box of chocolates this Valentines. Alternatively, smack someone across the face - those are some versatile flowers."

This is a Flower Bouquet. Originally made for the Valentines 2020 update on TheIvaneh Community Server, with the server shutting down I decided to release it. Shout outs to everyone who contributed to the project over the years: TheIvaneh, Racer, Cyankill, Nutrilicious, BeetleComet, Tacksy, Sewasd, jeffMOD, Epic_Viper, theDaimer, NismoSkyline95, gbl08ma, and Ace, and making it one of the best and most wonderful servers to play on. It will be greatly missed.

---FEATURES---
-They're pretty, and smell great.
-You can hold them up to put your feelings into actions.
-You can also chase after your loved ones with it.
-All languages supported. Including romance languages.
-It has a HUD icon, courtesy of my hud.gfx shenanigans. That said, it'll probably be outdated next update so keep an eye for the Community hud.gfx updates.

---INSTALLATION---
Drop the "spflowers" folder into dlcpacks and add the line "dlcpacks:\spflowers\" to dlclist.xml in update.rpf/common/data. HUD files go into:
• If on game version 1.0.2372.0 or below: "update.rpf\x64\patch\data\cdimages\scaleform_generic.rpf".
• If on game version 1.0.2545.0 or above: "update.rpf\x64\data\cdimages\scaleform_generic.rpf".

---THINGS TO NOTE---
-Game version 1.0.1868.0 and above is required for the mod to work properly. Not my problem if you don't have it.
-Also I tested the DLC pack (on a clean install). Crashes are unlikely, but if they happen let me know there's probably a mod conflict somewhere.
-Spawn name: weapon_flower_bouquet
