Installation

Open Openiv.
Enable EDIT MODE in the top right corner.
Replace "w_me_knife_01.ytd" located at update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimges/weapon.rpf
Close Openiv (do not rebuild).
Launch the game and enjoy!

Notes

It is recommended to back up the original files. Use mods at your own risk as they are not permitted in GTA Online. The knife may appear darker in the Openiv viewer due to a lack of lighting. The appearance in-game may differ depending on your settings and modifications (such as Sweetfx). Using a colorful Sweetfx preset can enhance the colors. Blood functionality is working correctly.
