Enhanced Weapon Mechanics

Mod Features:
- Artificial intelligence accuracy has been improved to prevent frequent missed shots from close range. While some misses still occur, the frequency is now more realistic and believable.

- All weapons now feature realistic recoil patterns based on their power level.

- Weapon reload animations have been slowed down for a more authentic experience.

- The HeavyPistol clip size has been reduced from 18 to 8 rounds to align with the realism of a Colt 1911 Pistol.
