Enhanced Smoke Grenade Launcher with Improved Effects and Attachments

I discovered a smoke grenade launcher within the weapons.meta file and decided to create a mod for it. While not a complex modification, I believe some users will appreciate it.

This mod allows you to have the enhanced smoke grenade launcher as an addon without replacing the original weapon.
