Enhance My Weapon Effects

This mod aims to improve the visual impact of projectile weapon effects in the game. The goal is to make weapon impacts on various surfaces more noticeable and immersive. While not entirely realistic, it significantly enhances the visuals compared to the default settings. Expect shootouts to have a more stylized, cinematic feel.

Update 1.1

Adjusted some effects, particularly for destructible glass on cars and phone booths, to improve immersion.

Update 1.2

Included minor tweaks and fixed a bug related to the shotgun decal on metal surfaces.

Install:

1. Use OpenIV
2. Open update.rpf
3. Navigate to common\data\effects
4. Replace the weaponfx.dat file with the one provided in the archive.

Always remember to create a backup copy of the original file!
