EMP Launcher Overhaul and Refinement

This mod introduces a comprehensive rebalancing of the Compact EMP Launcher, first added in The Contract Update. Numerous adjustments have been made to the weapon's projectile physics, sound effects, ammunition system, and other aspects to enhance its overall performance.

How to Install:

1. Ensure that you have OpenIV installed, ideally with a mods folder.
2. Take the weapons_emplauncher.meta file from the mod and drag it into the following directory: update\x64\dlcpacks\mpsecurity\dlc.rpf\common\data\ai. Replace the existing file in that location.
3. Launch the game and enjoy!
