Electric Hive CSGO AWP Skin - Sniper Rifle Texture

I successfully changed the appearance of a gun in the game by using techniques similar to those used in older games. While the result isn't perfect, it functions well.

Installation:

Create a backup copy of your w_sr_sniperrifle.dds file before proceeding.

1. Open OpenIV
2. Go to the following location: \update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\weapons.rpf
3. Enable edit mode in OpenIV, open w_sr_sniperrifle+hi.ytd using the texture viewer, and replace the existing w_sr_sniperrifle.dds with the one you downloaded.
4. Repeat step 3, but this time open w_sr_sniperrifle.ytd in the same folder (weapons.rpf) and replace its w_sr_sniperrifle.dds file with mine.
5. Complete the process and launch the game.
