Crysis 1's Iconic Nanosuit Soldier: SCAR

Developed in 2018 by the American campaign Scratch Industries for the US Army. Uses a 6.8 Remington SPC cartridge, much better than the old 5.56x45mm NATO.

After field tests, it turned out that the 6.8 caliber cartridge is much more effective and powerful than its 5.56 counterpart, which is why the SCAR began to gradually displace the old M-16 from general use.

In 2023, it uses special "4mm SCAR" cartridges, new modifications and variants of this weapon have appeared.
