Chronometric Adhesive Explosive

This is a small modification that edits the weapons.meta file to bring back the automatic detonation feature of sticky bombs from GTA: The Ballad of Gay Tony. In TBoGT, sticky bombs would automatically explode after approximately 90 seconds in single-player and 30 seconds in online mode.

This mod allows you to customize the detonation time for sticky bombs. Additionally, the light on the bomb will speed up as it gets closer to detonating.

Instructions for users with a custom weapons.meta:

• Add "Fuse" to the sticky bomb's projectile flags.
• If you want the light to speed up, add "LightSpeedsUp value="true" /" below "LightFlickers value="false" /". Note that this effect is subtle and not highly noticeable.
