Brighter Red Dot Sight

This mod provides only a red dot reticle, not a scope. Therefore, you must install a scope first. The mod is excellent, but increasing the Field of View (FOV) can make the reticle blurry and difficult to see.

Installation

First, download the file from the HK416 scope mod (replace with actual file path), open it, and locate the "HK416" folder. Navigate to "Attachment" > "Scopes" > and install " Exps3 (new) ".

After installing the "Exps3 (new)" scope correctly, go to the following directory: mods > update > x64 > dlcpack > patchday8 > dlc.rpf > x64 > models > cdimages > weapons.rpf

Find " w_at_scope_medium.ytd ", right-click, and drag and drop the reticle texture from this mod.

Warning

This mod is designed for users with an FOV of 65 or higher. If you are using the default GTA5 FOV settings, please do not install this mod.

Known Issue

Do not install this mod if you are using the default GTA5 FOV setting. Doing so will result in an excessively bright reticle.
