WinterGreen & Sovereign Enhancements for WMC

This pack updates the WMC Sovereign motorcycle, refining some parts for higher quality and eliminating Rockstar-related issues like wobbly mesh. It also introduces a new bike based on the Sovereign – the WMC WinterGreen, named after the PSP era and styled after various US law enforcement motorcycles. Only the civilian version is included.

As usual, this is an early release without special features. Customization options are planned but not yet implemented. For now, variety comes from extras and color variations.
