Who could have known: Rstein uploading a car mod that happens to be the Ingot Sedan.

Installation is simple, add the "ingot2" folder to Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks, and add

dlcpacks:\ingot2\
to your dlclist.xml file. Afterwards, fire up GTA and spawn it, spawn name is "ingot2"
