Vulcan Bomber Deployment: France

This mod replaces the Lazer with a rare Avro Vulcan FR plane, originally from CGTrader and converted and edited by GTAEUMODS. While not exceeding 30k+ polygons, it includes all LODs for optimal performance. The French Air Force logo has been fixed after testing.
