Vintage '71 Dodge Polara: Civilian & Former Law Enforcement

This mod currently replaces the "Glendale" from the hipster DLC. In the future, I aim to transform it into an add-on featuring two distinct cars. Any assistance with this endeavor would be greatly appreciated. Credits for the model belong to Carface and Esprit. My role was limited to a few edits.

Current model edits involve attaching bumpers to the body for more realistic damage and slightly widening the wheels on the ex-police version. In the future, I plan to add a spotlight and push bar to the ex-police version. I've already created an accurate-looking push bar in zmodeler, but I need help understanding how to assign a material and attach it properly to the car.

The civilian version offers six color choices: blue, green, black, white, yellow, and primer grey. The police version features slightly wider wheels and tires compared to the civilian version and boasts a "Hemi Orange" painted air cleaner—both distinctive features of the 1971 Polara police package.

Both the civilian and ex-police versions have unique and highly realistic handling characteristics. The civilian version is based on the base model Polara sedan equipped with a 383 2-barrel big block V8 and a 727 Torqueflite three-speed automatic transmission. The ex-police version mirrors the Polara police package, featuring a 375+ horsepower 440 big block V8 with a forged steel crank, a heavy-duty radiator, a heavy-duty transmission cooler, a 3.23 limited slip rear axle ratio, large diameter power drum brakes, added front and rear sway bars, and heavy-duty shocks and springs. Unsurprisingly, the police package is considerably faster, stops more effectively, and handles much better.

Thanks to its effective HD radiator, powerful 440 V8 with a forged steel HD crank, and carefully chosen gear ratios, the Polara Police package is capable of cruising at 140 MPH with approximately ¾ throttle for extended periods without overheating or experiencing mechanical failures. Speeds exceeding 150 MPH can be achieved for short bursts if necessary. However, prolonged operation above 150 MPH will lead to overheating and ultimately engine failure.

Installation instructions are provided in the readme file.
