This is a mod for a Vauxhall Insignia police car.
The original 3D model comes from 3dgarage.ru, and it was initially modded for GTAIV by BritishGamer88n. BritishGamer88 further edited the model for GTAIV before converting it to GTAV. They also created the textures and materials, as well as the template. The police lightbar is from Kieran Chandler, the grill lights are by Vertex, the skin is by Scott James, and the wheels are from 3dgarage.ru.
