US Coast Guard Defender-Class Vessel Upgrades

This is a small boat model widely used by the United States Coastguard. The model was obtained from nathanjamesddg151, and converting it took some time due to mesh optimization issues. However, the final result is quite satisfying. The rear engines and blades rotate, the flag on the pole waves in the wind, and the steering wheel and dials are functional. The interior is accessible and can seat four people. The top light illuminates, and sirens can be toggled on the replace version (this functionality hasn't been implemented in the add-on version yet). The model features dirt mapping and glass shattering when shot.
