Upgraded 2013 Opel Insignia: Featuring Modern Garda Lightbar & 2020 Spec Setup

Hello everyone! This is a new release similar to my previous Opel Insignia. It features the latest Garda setup, including the new Haztec lightbar and new Lin6 lighting modules with surface mount technology. However, it uses the same skin as the previous release.
