Note that the model quality isn't exceptionally high as it was converted from a GTA San Andreas model.

To install, navigate to the following directory:

Grand Theft Auto V - update - x64 - dlcpacks - patchday22 - dlc - x64 - levels - patchday22ng - vehiclemods - wheels-mods

Place the wheel files in the "WHEELS" folder.
