Installation:

1. Using OpenIV, navigate to Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data and edit dlclist.xml. Add the following line: dlcpacks:/typhoon/
2. Place the typhoon folder in Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks.
3. Once complete, you can spawn the vehicle using Simple Trainer with the name "typhoon".
