This truck was converted from 18 Wheels of Steel Extreme Trucker 2.
- Open open-iv and go to (x64e.rpf / levels / gta5 / vehicles.rpf)
- Enter Edit Mode
- Unzip the downloaded file
- Click on the green plus icon, find the unzipped file and copy the file
