1. Unzip the file after downloading, copy the mark2fjp folder in the folder to \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

2. Go to the \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data path, right-click to open the dlclist.xml file in edit mode, and add line.
