Go to: GTAV\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data

Extract dlclist.xml and add this line:

dlcpacks:\cruisersj\
Go to: GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

and make a folder called cruisersj
add the included dlc.rpf file

SPAWN: cruisersj
