overwrite sheriff.yft, sheriff.ytd, sheriff_hi.yft, and sheriff+hi.ytd in;
GTA V/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

Model is from here https://www.gta5-hub.com/paintjobs/hilux-caatinga-pmba and it was modified by me to add the rollbar to the back, in teh style of the Mexican state police.
