Installation Instructions:
Single Player:
- Add dlcpacks:/celicagt4/ to the dlclist at Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
- Copy the celicagt4 folder to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
FiveM:
- Copy the celicagt4 folder to your server resources folder.
- Start the Resource in your server cfg with "start celicagt4".
