Torrence SAHP Vapid Interceptor Modification (Retired)

The San Andreas Highway Patrol has just made a deal with the LSPD, and they are going to deliver some cars of their fastest model which is the Vapid Interceptor unit of course!

INSTALLATION GUIDE:

1. Open OpenIV and navigate to:
   Mods / Update / x64 / dlcpacks
   here, drag'n drop the "hwaycarnew" folder
2. now, navigate to:
   Mods / Update / update.rpf / common / data
   here, open, with Edit mode activated, the file "dlclist.xml"; and add this line:
   dlcpacks:/hwaycarnew/

3) Close all, and ENJOY!
