Tor-M1 9K331 Air Defense System: Deployment in Russia, China, Ukraine

This description outlines a new (originally) soviet Anti-Air system: the Tor-M1 with vertical launching missiles. The Tor-M1 is still in use by USSR successor states such as Russia or Ukraine, but also quite a few others like China, North Korea or Greece.

In GTA, the usage of this system differs from real-life applications. The vehicle can lock on to any hostile target, regardless of whether it's land, air, or sea. Missiles launch vertically and begin tracking after a brief period.

The Tor-M1 can only fire when stationary. To fire, press the "H" key (right on controller D-Pad). The turret will start moving, radars will fold out, and missile hatches will open.

Two people fit inside the Tor-M1, and a couple of hatches can be opened. Liveries include modern Russian Camo, Ukrainian Digital, and China Digital Camo.

The legs will go through the front plate when honking.

Installation

1. Place the "torm1" folder into [Gamefolder]\update\X64\dlcpacks\
2. Using OpenIV, extract [Game folder]\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml and edit this with Notepad++. Add the following entry:
   dlcpacks:\torm1\
3. You are now ready to spawn the vehicle using a trainer with "spawn by name" functionality (Enhanced Native Trainer for example). Type in:
   "torm1"
