Addon:

1. Go to gta5 / mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks
2. Create a new folder titled "e63w213" and drag dlc.rpf into the folder.
3. Navigate to gta5 / mods / update / update.rpf / common / data
4. Edit dlclist.xml and add "dlcpacks:/e63w213/" above ""
5. Save your changes.
