1. Place the "topcarmods" folder into X:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Export X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml using OpenIV. Then, open it with a text editor and add the following line:
dlcpacks:\D35\
Save and replace the file.
3. Use a trainer that allows vehicle spawning by name and spawn the vehicle named "D35".
