Installation Instructions:

1. Place the topcarmods folder into X:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Export X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml using OpenIV, then open it with Notepad and add the following line: dlcpacks:\topcar720\ . Save and replace.
3. Use a trainer that allows you to spawn cars by name and input "topcar720"

Installation:

1. Navigate to "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/" in your GTA V directory.
2. Create a new folder called "TOPCAR720" and place the included "dlc.rpf" file inside that folder.
3. Export "dlclist.xml" from "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/" to your desktop using OpenIV.
4. Open the "dlclist.xml" file with a text editor and add the following line at the end: dlcpacks:\720\ .
5. Import the modified "dlclist.xml" back into "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/" using OpenIV.
6. You're done! Use any trainer to spawn the car with the name "topcar720".
