T20 Police Car: Access Granted

Hello everyone,

I created this mod based on a commenter's suggestion. Today I'm sharing something new that hasn't been done before - it's not a huge deal, but it is unique.

Important Note:

The car's color and the words on the body are not part of a livery, and the car doesn't have a template. Therefore, if you want to change the car's color, open PT20.ytd using OpenIV and look for XXX (5). Replace this with any colors you desire.
