- Put the 't90ms' folder to /update/x64/dlcpacks/

- With Open IV, open:
update\update.rpf\common\data

- Extract "dlclist.xml" and edit it with Notepad

- Add the following lines :

dlcpacks:\t90ms\

- Now put "dlclist.xml" into : update\update.rpf\common\data

- Done!

- Spawn by name using a trainer : type: 't90ms'
